In instances where there are less than four teams in a division, your team may be flighted one division higher. We also reserve the right to invoke a Common Sense Rule: If it makes sense to us from a skill and/or safety perspective we reserve the right to reassign your team accordingly.

INCLUDED IN THESE TERMS ARE (i) A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY SUFFERED BY THE PARTICIPANT AND (ii) PERMISSION TO USE PARTICIPANT'S LIKENESS OR PHOTO. VOLUNTARY WAIVER AND RELEASE. There are risks connected with my participation in this event and its related activities. Injury to my person or damage to or loss of my personal property is a possibility. I acknowledge this possibility and risk and I VOLUNTARILY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE In House Athletics and its subsidiaries, event sponsors, event charities and volunteers, workers, employees, agents and directors from any and all actions, suits, demands and claims of whatever nature in law or in equity, from any injuries suffered by me while participating in this event or its related activities and further from the loss or damage to personal property by then, negligence or otherwise. EFFECT ON ELIGIBILITY Player eligibility for NCAA, collegiate sports and local school districts varies. The event organizers are not responsible for determining each player's eligibility. Before registering and participating, contact your coach or athletic director and ask how your eligibility might be affected by registering for and participating in this event. PERMISSION TO USE PHOTO. I HEREBY GRANT FULL PERMISSION for Event Organizers to record any or all of my participation in this event for photos, motion pictures, tv, radio, recordings, videotapes, and other media known and unknown and to use them, no matter by whom taken, in any manner for publicity, promotions, advertising, trade or commercial purposes, without any reimbursements of any kind due to me, or the need to pay me any fee.

The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IN HOUSE ATHLETICS coaching staff, organizers, fellow players and anyone affiliated to IHA. from any loss, damage or injuries incurred by the undersigned of any facilities, programs or activities owned, maintained or supervised by agents or employees of IHA.
